Snr. Developer responsible for development of Visual Basic front end software for an A/S 400 back end.

Developing in Visual BASIC 5 & 6 a CSR visual front end (A/S 400 back end). To develop for Telewest a visual front end to ICOMS - a convergent cable billing system - for use by CSRs. I was brought in to learn the system end to end and provide knowledge to my team mates. (2 years) 

Systems Analyst responsible for creating a new Java web based front end.

As Systems Analyst (for Java / .jsp / Web applications) Customer Self-Care (A/S 400 back end). To develop for US clients a web based customer facing visual front end for ICOMS, allowing viewing of bills, adding service etc. This was written using IBM Visual Age. We had been cross-trained to JBuilder, which is the next step in the project to make it more independent.
