Snr. Developer responsible for software development and support, database management, telemetry implemetation and support.

Developing in Open Source (PHP 4/MySQL 4) and Visual Foxpro 9 plus work in Telemetry over analogue line modems and Cell based CSD and GPRS connectons.

  • Day to Day support of a network of High Volume PAH samplers and the data sent back over our telemetry network (GPRS)
  • Help in the Day to Day support of the main Ambient sampler network and data collected from vrious sources including our dial-up modem servers
  • Support of the field teams in respect to the telemetry equipment and communications cabling of the samplers
  • Day to Day support of the Data Quality team in repect of the collection and availability of data
  • The provision of web pages and minor web sites to support then teams in the PAH and Ambient sections
  • Ad Hoc support of the Ozone / UV data management team, including ensuring a good stream of daily data
