Semi-PERMANENT to JoTiKa (Midlands) Software Ltd. (Nr Worcester, UK)

General Manager / Project Leader involved directly in running a small team of developers, designing and writing software, running the in-house business whilst the two Directors stayed out on the road installing new systems and gaining new business.

The requirement was for a skilled Snr. Analyst/Programmer to come in an dorganise the company, manage the development team and to complete the new version of their Flat Glass software. Deliver it to the waiting customers on time and preferably bug free. A good knowledge of xBase languages with familiarity of Clipper Summer '87 and some knowledge of Clipper 5 was a main requirement.
